BOLT VS
Since 2022 the BOLT team has been crafting a beast of a super bike. This new bike is designed to push the boundaries of electric motorcycle technology. BOLT VS is the pinnacle of what we as a team have learned in our 12 year history.

We make a custom trellis frame out of chromoly tube

The team utilizes Altium365 to develop circuit schematics and layouts for our low voltage systems, such as ECU power staging and sensor communication.

We work with professors and graduate students to verify our designs and hone our circuit development skills.
Past Super Bikes
BOLT V
BOLT V was our super bike project from 2021 - 2022. Although we never had a chance to compete due to budget issues and testing problems BOLT V turned out to be an important base for the current BOLT VS bike.
BOLT IV
BOLT IV was the main project from 2019 - 2021. Sadly due to Covid it never saw any competitions however it did prove to be very capable in testing both on the track and at the dyno.
BOLT III
BOLT III was our super bike from 2017 - 2018. Argueable one of our most photogenic bikes, it finished 2nd in the AHRMA eMoto Series.
BOLT II
BOLT II was our second bike and spanned from 2013 - 2016. It is easily one of the most recognizable with its orange and black fairings. This bike placed 1st at the AHRMA eMoto Series.
BOLT I
BOLT I was our inaugural bike and spanned from 2011 - 2012. This bike was a incredible, besides its beautiful VT themed fairings, it placed 1st in the North American Championship and 3rd in the International Championship.
