BOLT does not just build electric super bikes, we have recently started a new major project, an electric dirtbike. This new project will bring lots of new engineering challenges to solve such as warm swappable batteries, waterproofing, and increased vibrations.

Unlike some other clubs where there is one project and one goal, at BOLT we encourage members to come up with projects that they find interesting, whether they are a freshman or a senior. Part of our mission is to push students to further their knowledge and learn through hands-on experiences. So we as a team offer funding to team members who show that they are willing to research and dedicate themselves to a new project.
